In one session you can gain improvements that you can see and feel. 

Breakthrough sessions are good for:

  • specific anxieties eg in competition or cantering in open spaces
  • confidence boost - when your confidence, nagging doubt and what ifs  are holding you back
  • Specific phobias eg fear caused by a past accident
  • unhelpful habits eg freezing when you ride into a jump

You are welcome to have a free no-obligation chat to discuss your issues and ask any questions you may have regarding the techniques I use.

I will ask you to complete a discovery questionnaire or we can discuss on a zoom call whichever is your preference. I will ask you questions about your issue which will help to loosen the problem and you may find that you already gain some perspective on it.

We will then schedule your session at a time to suit you. 

Sessions are usually an hour to an hour and a half.   We will work using the bespoke package of NLP and Somatic techniques specially chosen for you .  I will work with you to ensure that you feel confident to continue the techiques after our session.

After your session I will email to you your bespoke guide book so that you can sustain and strengthen your changes.

You may decide you will benefit having further support or you may want to address your issues in more detail.  You can book a block of lessons at a discounted rate.
