I work with individuals, I work with schools and alternative provision and I work with equestrians.  I can work with you anywhere in the world.  I offer online sessions via zoom calls and also face to face sessions for those who are more local to me in South Cheshire and North Staffordshire.

For Confidence.

The term fight or flight comes from the choices our ancient ancestors had when faced with danger in their environment.  In response to this acute stress our body’s sympathetic nervous system is activated by the sudden release of hormones. 

This was helpful for our ancestors when they were faced with a woolly mammoth and needed to fight or flee but can be less helpful for us when at a competition; a presentation at work; trying to manage deadlines; simply attending school or in fact any way of moving out of our comfort zone. The fight or flight response happens automatically but that does not always mean that it is accurate!

Your unconscious mind stores these perceived threats and memories and constantly scans the environment for similar activities. Under pressure it can signal like a fire alarm taking over your body and putting you into a state of fight or flight.  With this comes the physical sensations you associate with feeling nervous and afraid such as tension, your mind going blank, your heart beating fast, shaking, and that general feeling of panic.  

It can lead to feelings of overwhelm, self doubt and tension as these thoughts and feelings can literally become stuck on a loop in our minds and bodies.

This can cause us to try to control too much and focus too much on the wrong things, it can cause our thoughts to spiral and we can adopt unhelpful strategies and habits as a result.

I have vast experience in and am trained in a wealth of techniques to guide your mind and body to calm focus so you feel confident to tackle whatever comes your way in life.

In one session you can gain improvements that you can see and feel. 

A Breakthrough session is good for:

  • specific anxieties eg in competition or certain situations
  • confidence boost - when your confidence, nagging doubt and what ifs  are holding you back
  • Specific phobias eg spiders
  • unhelpful habits eg binge eating

You are welcome to have a free no-obligation chat to discuss your issues and ask any questions you may have regarding the techniques I use.

I will ask you to complete a discovery questionnaire to discuss your needs or we can discuss on a zoom call whichever is your preference. I will ask you questions about your issue which will help to loosen the problem and you may find that you already gain some perspective on it.

We will then schedule your session to a time to suit you. 

Sessions are usually an hour to an hour and a half.   We will work using a bespoke package of NLP and Somatic techniques specially chosen for you .  I will work with you to ensure that you feel confident to continue the techniques after our session.

After your session I will email to you your bespoke guide book so that you can sustain and strengthen your changes.

You may decide you will benefit from longer term support or you may want to address your issues in more detail.  You can book a block of lessons at a discounted rate.

My mission is to support you for as long as you choose face to face but ultimately to guide you to independence so you are confident to use the techniques in your own written guide book to support you: for life
